What is your class cancellation policy?
For our unlimited members, we are the only studio who DOES NOT charge a cancellation fee. We understand life happens however please be respectful to your fellow students and cancel out of a class if you know you won’t be able to attend. If you purchased a drop in class or class pack please email us at info@bodyheatyoga.com and we will put this class back on your account however we do not offer refunds on drop in classes.
What is your membership cancellation policy?
All auto-pay memberships require a 30-day notice in writing, emailed to info@bodyheatyoga.com. We do not accept in-person or phone cancellations, and we do not freeze or suspend accounts. Please fill out this form to cancel your account.
