Natasha Bachman Natasha began practicing yoga in 2005 as a way to reduce some of the stress associated with her career in restaurant management, but didn’t find a regular practice until she moved to Minneapolis to go back to school in 2008. After an accident in the spring of 2010 left her unable to walk (much less practice yoga) for several months, she realized the need to find balance in her busy life. While still wearing a protective brace on her leg, Natasha returned to her mat to aid her recovery. Slowly, over months of breathing through postures, she improved. Yoga healed her broken leg, and did much more. Through it, she has found a physical, mental, and spiritual center – a guide to working through difficulty and flowing with life. Susan Holmes After studying dance in Fort Lauderdale and New York, and dancing professionally in commercials and shows in Puerto Rico, South Beach, and on cruise ships, Susan arrived in Las Vegas with her husband Greg to join the cast of “Jubilee” on the Las Vegas Strip. After seven years at “Jubilee”, she opened “EFX” with Michael Crawford and later Tommy Tune and David Cassidy, at the MGM. Yoga was a lifesaver due to the stress on Susan’s body from dancing on steel floors at both shows. Susan first began teaching yoga as a warm-up for the cast of “EFX”, not realizing at the time how important yoga and teaching would be in her future. Ten years later, she decided to take her yoga training up a notch and began studying Bikram Yoga. Enjoying the heat, yet missing a sense of variety and upper body strength, she began studying Baptiste Power Vinyasa under the tutelage of Zeek Vincent and fell in love with the overall body-strengthening and soul-awakening aspects of the practice. Her desire to continue learning and growing in strength led her to try barre, ashtanga yoga, and moksha as well as various types of hot yoga.
