30/60 DAY CHALLENGE
What is the 30 /60 Day Challenge?
The goal is to complete 30 /60 Hot Yoga, Pilates, or Barefoot Bootcamp classes in 30 days -or- 60 Classes in 60 days. Body Heat will start this challenge on Monday June 25th. Must sign in at the front before June 22nd.
What are the benefits of the 30 / 60 Day Challenge?
The 30 /60 day-challenge increases strength, balance, flexibility, and peace of mind. Increase joint, ligaments, and tendon lubrication. Detoxify your body and increase your energy toward confidence & empowerment.
What happens if I miss a day?
You are allowed to do double classes (two in one day) to make up for missed days. If travel takes you away from our studio, you may include up to 5 classes taken at other HOT yoga studio in your challenge (just bring us back your receipts).
